The meaning of Strategy’s is refined in my dictionary lately, for decades and more it has been spelled as “break neck competition” moves. Established as an outperforming act among the circle of coworkers that feel a gap – lack of connect on sharing viz; happiness, smiles, food by largely, which hampers team rallying spirit. Colleagues include co workers, seniors, subordinates and even those who are engaged in taking care of the habitat, which is more than half the population of world around – the Offices movers and shakers. Treating them as co inhabitants, breathing the same air makes organizations prosper, is a established and trustworthy idea.
The fabric of the environment has the similar molecular bonding for professional, private and public lives. Be it at social networking sites or throw away parties and gala nights. The essence of treatment towards individuals is what a compatible society and environment demands.
How the ‘likes’ phenomena is made a hit can a neutral and unlike feature be integrated– rare, unexplored thought of disruption can lead to openness in society? Easy sorting of idea or appeals by a simple step of casting votes can happen in real times at office IP’s.. There could be other breaking thought ‘words’ as well, which can be explored. No wonder the need for federal elections and assembly lines will be streamlined so easily. Much needed, transparency is maintained with the neutral wave, and judicious judging happens with unlike and like votes.
It could be a move that will add a voice to the unheard ideas and ideologies. The popular and not so popular ideas will be thrown open for polling. How the wave is created is the strategic move for applying the open feel good factor. I will call it the moulding moves or channeling thoughts that will avert tsunami’s for sure.
In brevity, no idea is good or bad, no strategy either, if preserving the greater interests happens willingly and openly, why not try it out, with a voting option at work spaces.
It will be a strategy that will define respect, recognize the concept and reward it with the best people’s choice award. The interest to support will be based on self appraisal, what more inclination can make people happier.
Love and hate is simple to define, there is no need to make it complex, as we bring the derailed train of the mankind’s happiness on track. Both society and environment succeed over adversity and sorrow. No wonder the mum souls- keep silent ones also come closer to cast their opinion on ideas, openly. However disruptive or adoptive they get, we are there to set the cord to play the happy music, with the food of love and feel good factor of sharing and care their unheard opinions.
